It's annoying to have to flip through my copy of Mythic Game
Master Emulator, and also to learn to make html tables I have
decided to try and recreate the Fate Chart in Mythic with html.

When do Random Events happen?
I always forget this one so I am making a note of it. First
random events happen when you roll doubles (i.e. 11, 22, 33
etc...) then a random event will happen if the number is
equal or less to the chaos factor.
Secondly random events occur at scene set up. After setting
up a scene you roll a 1d10, if the roll is equal to or less
than chaos factor factor then a random event happens.
There's still stuff like "interrupt scenes" which I have no
idea what they are. Like, is it an actual mechanic or just
something that happens? Not sure. Moving on.
